It’s Friday of our third week honoring Poetry Month. We hope all of you find some time for calm and maybe some extra sleep during the weekend. To get off to a good start, we are pleased to share with you a poetry offering from Dr. Dominique Townsend, professor of Buddhism at Bard College and a specialist in Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhist literature. She has been working on the works of Terdak Lingpa (1646-1714), a famous tertön (treasure revealer) and founder of Mindroling Monastery in Central Tibet. Professor Townsend reads her translation of Terdak Lingpa’s “Advice for Dreaming.”
