| Abstract | The author provides Tibetan readers with a clear description of the Latin transliteration system most commonly used in the PRC, which approximates the Wylie transliteration system, with the exception of the use of \"v\" for the apostrophe -- e.g. \"va\" instead of \" 'a \" -- and diacritics for representing Sanskrit letters. |
